Taymouth Castle Golf Club's policy with regard to members' details (i.e. name, date of birth, address, telephone number(s), email address) is to:

1. Safeguard the personal data provided to it by Club members.
2. Ensure that members' personal details are used by the Club Secretary solely for the purposes of administering the Club's affairs, and for communicating with and between members in pursuance of playing golf and other Club matters.
3. Not, without members' prior approval, provide members' details to any party external to the Club, other than in the normal course of administering the Club's affairs.
4. Not use, or allow to be used, members' personal details for purposes other than as described above.
5. Restrict communications by the Club to its members to being via the Secretaries of the Men's and Ladies' Sections of the Club.

In providing personal details to the Club, members agree to the Club exhibiting a list of members' names, addresses and telephone numbers on the notice-board in the members' locker rooms for the purposes described above.
